More About – UTKARSH SOCIETY

Digital learning serves an immensely significant purpose of making education available to the pupils who cannot be a part of a physical classroom. This mode is effective, far-reaching and time-saving for aspiring students across the country. With its various new techniques, distance education provides learning opportunities across massive geographical distance between the learner and the teacher. It makes interaction between the two possible even if they’re not in a face-to-face setting like a classroom. Nowadays, distance education is incorporating new technology to make the learning experience more realistic and closer to an actual classroom setting.

EDUSAT is one such mode that incorporates elements of both distance education and classroom teaching using technology. You may also know it as teleconferencing. In this mode, the teacher and the taught are connected over a satellite-aided conference call. The call aides exchange of information and ideas over great distances. The interaction between the teacher and the student is made possible via a satellite phone and/or a video conference.Programmes like EDUSAT have made it possible for students.

Residing in remote areas of the country to have access to the latest learning modules and courses. This programme is aimed at making the students all over the country feel included in the country’s education system despite the remoteness of their geographic location. Technically, EDUSAT involves the teaching source imparting the lessons from an educational studio which is televised or transmitted to the student’s using the satellite connection.
